గంటలకు సికిందరాబాద్ లోని పెరేడ్ గ్రౌండ్సులో జరుపబడుతుంది. గిన్నీస్ బుక్ ఆఫ్
వరల్డ్ రికార్డ్స్ అధికారులు కూడా ఈ కార్యక్రమానికి ఆహూతులైనవారై వచ్చి చూసి
దీనిని రికార్డుగా నమోదు చేస్తారట.

Sunday, the 10th of May, 2009 on the occasion of 601st Birth Anniversary of Sri Annamacharya!

This event is organized by Cultural wing of Govt. of Andhra Pradesh.



Sri Tallapaka Annamacharya is a saint born 600 years ago in Andhra Pradesh.

His life is an epitome of devotion to the Lord with thousands of keerthans.



100,000 singers of all ages prominently with representation from the youth shall sing at once in one voice the following Saptagiri Keerthans thereby establishing a Guinness World Record:



1. Bhavamulona,

2. Bramhakadigina Padamu,

3. Enthamatramuna,

4. Podagantimayya,

5. Kondalalo nelakonna,

6. Narayanathe Namo Namo and

7. Muddugare Yashoda,



For which you need not be a trained singer to participate



Officials from the Guinness Book of World Records shall personally witness and authenticate the “Laksha Gala Sankeerthanarchana” to be performed at the Secunderabad Parade Grounds

YES. The lyrics can be given in English and if you are passionate, you can always learn. The participants are coming from Bombay, Bangalore, Chennai & AP to participate in this event. Many Singers from corporates have also enrolled in this event.
